Learn Landscape Photography Techniques

Join a like minded group for live practical photographic tuition in Hollycroft Park, Hinckley.

This workshop is for digital camera users that want to learn how to make better photographs using any camera.

You can use this workshop to learn how to improve your photography for personal use and even to help you on the road to becoming a professional photographer if that’s your intentions.

Sunday 22nd September - 5pm - 8pm

On this workshop, you’ll learn how to set up your camera to make photographs much easier to give you the look you want.

You’ll also learn professional compositional techniques, how to design your frame, what to include and what to exclude.

Where to stand, what to make a photograph of, what to look for and how to determine the photographic worthiness of your attention.

We’ll be making photographs during the golden hour, which will involve using low light photography. Low light photographs are usually vibrant and offer such a differing contrast in the pictures.

I’ll teach you the rules and show you how to break them.

You’ll most definitely leave the workshop with new skills to help you make better photographs in the future.

Come along, it’ll be fun!

The groups are limited to 7 people so that I can manage each persons needs on the workshop.

You will need to own a digital camera, not necessarily a DSLR, as long as you have the manual and/or know how to access the settings in your camera.

It will be helpful to you if you have a tripod for the low light photography section (I have spares that are available but are limited).

You will need a certain level of fitness because Hollycroft Park is set on a hill and you may need to interact with rough terrain.

I’m an educated professional photographer and filmmaker with art at the forefront of my practice and an abundance of knowledge to pass on to you.

I’ve worked on professional photoshoots for big named clients and I’m more well known for the creation of the social documentary ‘Hinckley Photographed’.

Please book fast as spaces are limited and this is the only Autumn workshop I’m running like this, this year.
